Kethan, I’m not quite sure how to express this, but he definitely deserves a raise! He is literally the best McDonald's employee I have ever encountered. What a wonderful person! He went above and beyond to provide me with the best service I’ve ever had at a McDonald's. Please give him the recognition he deserves! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
Late at night, I pulled into the drive-thru but received no response. After making a loop, I noticed the front door was open, just like in the pictures. I saw an employee standing in the parking lot, watching as cars circled the building. I went around again, but still got no answer. This is an isolated incident, but it left a bad impression. I usually use DoorDash to order from here, but the lack of help was disappo... View all feedback.
I went through the drive-through with my two children after work. One to whom is autistic , as I try to place an order no one came on the speaker so after about 10 minutes I proceeded to the window It’s fine to employees standing there talking not doing their job. Fine no big deal I go to place my order at the window I proceed to tell the gentleman that my daughter is autistic and he starts laughing at her. Wasn’t sure if he was laughing at what I said so again I repeated she’s autistic and he starts laughing even louder again. Then tells me I need to stop telling him how she’s autistic and how funny it is and if I keep telling him that he’s going to keep laughing. She is five years old this broke my heart and my seven-year-old son heard this and didn’t understand why he thought it was funny that she special needs. I was caught off guard so much I really didn’t know what to say at the time I was also extremely exhausted I just got out of line after getting my food and sat in the car and cried. Also explaining to my seven-year-old that it’s not funny and I don’t understand why that man said those things. I have never in my life encountered to two horrible behavior especially from an adult to a special needs child let alone anyone I’m usually a regular at McDonald’s this makes me never want to ever go back especially to this one. I reached out to corporate and haven’t heard anything in days.
Just came from this McDonald's after visiting the ER at Smith Northview hospital not too far from there. Had a traumatic morning and thought it would be nice to go to this McDonald's to get some lunch and calm my nerves. But, I guess that's just too much to ask. The staff there has literally zero customer service. I went through the drive-thru. After placing my order, there was a long pause. I asked the young lady through the intercom if she has my total. She mumbled it, like I was suppose to know or something. Then, when I get to the window where they give you the food, the lady just looked me in my face, handed me my bag and then closed the window in my face. Not a single word. I sat there for a few seconds to look through my order to make sure it was okay. Why the nasty attitudes and mistreatment? I really don't get it. Don't they want customers? Or are we bothering them by spending money there? That can spoil a person's appetite. If they treat the people this way, how are they treating the food?
Specifically ordered 1 sausage, egg and cheese biscuit meal with a large coke, with an additional sausage, egg and cheese biscuit. What I received when I checked after being miles down the road was 2 inedible BACON egg and cheese biscuits. They were not what I ordered and possibly as stale as the biscuits were probably were made hours in advance. Thanks for ruining my breakfast and my morning.
No one takes my order past 2 am... this Is the second time I've come through the drive threw and was ignored
Waits over 30 minutes. our order has never been done, there was no one in the area there will have at least five workers with all kinds of loud conversation, so I will cancel the order will never dive into this place again in: yes
