Little Caesars Pizza - Valdosta

I placed an order online but it didn't show up in the system when I arrived at the restaurant. The young man working at the register was very helpful and accommodating, apologizing for the inconvenience. He re-entered my order, and even offered me a brownie and bread while I waited. I realized that I may have made a mistake with my online order, as there was no charge on my card. I asked him to re-ring up my order, and paid at the location. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service and willingness of the employee to rectify the situation. This level of service is rare and genuine, and because of this experience, I will definitely be returning in the future. Special thanks to the cashier at the register on 6/17/22 at 8:15pm. He truly went above and beyond, and I felt compelled to share this positive experience.

True angels sent from God! These lovely people not only made me a 'Hot-N-Ready' pizza, but when I couldn't find enough money to purchase it, the gentleman gave me the whole pizza for free! I always go here. but the pizza was terrible this time. I have ordered a filled crust cheese pizza, but they have opened the order by the pfeffer scattering. I informed the worker and he said my correct order will be ready in 5 minutes. when I got my real pizza, it looked like he removed the pfefferoni from the previous pizza, gave more cheese and ran through the many again. not to mention, the crust was not the usual crust. it was bumpy, rusty and rocky. also it tasted very old. very disappointed, tragic.

I've never been to a small caesar with a good parking place?
