Really friendly pub with great food. A problem with the menu not being updated and food not suitable for our diner was rectified but this did mean she had to eat after our food was served. They did apologise profusely. View all feedback.

Mixed nice welcome, helpful re various beers, delicious starters prawn tempura, squid and chowder) , delicious puddings but v disappointing main courses. Confit duck salad for two of us that had almost no duck and was 50% crunch noodles, prawn curry had very few prawns and little chicken in skewers View all feedback.

Superb sirloin steak, great beers, great staff. Highly recommended
The beer is always in top notch form, and eating great, with generous portions. service is good, and there is a huge open protocol fire in the colder months. the pub also has a huge garden. dine in the bar, in the restaurant, in the family room or outside. the last specials contain chicken chorizo quesadillas macaroni cheese, both were excellent, and the Sundays also tickle the boxes. can be busy, so the booking is worth it!
On Friday, I had one exit. ww, great food. fresh, taste, portion size, all fantastic. I had the hühnerburger and it was defo 10/10. highly recommended
