Arby's - Utah

This location is the worst. 20 minutes from order to window to get told they don't have au jus dip and it'll be 10—15 more minutes to make.

I was the only one in the drive through and still waited at least 5 minutes for my food. They got my order wrong.

I have been to this Arby's twice in the last 90 days, as I drove through on my way to Utah. Both times I waited over 30 minutes for my food. It looked like there was enough staff, but they all just stood around looking at the screens and the partially filled bags of food. I have no idea what is going on with this store, but since this happened a second time, I think it's likely a common issue at this store.

I was a at Arby's in Elwood I sat for ten minutes waiting to order then waited to thirty for far Infront of us to hear they were out of food roast beef and another longer wait. My wife was in a Diabetic emergency needing dinner so I was getting mine and our land lord was with us. This was not acceptable to forget to cook roast beef

Great service! I love it when a fast food place is run well. I got chicken nuggets, and they were all fresh and hot! And of course, the Arby's sauce is to die for! My favorite is the honey dijon mustard with anything there! So good. The store was also clean, which is a plus. They were wiping down tables as we were there, which made me feel safe about my food. 5/5
