Coin sympa, limite introuvable très dépaysant. J'y suis tombé avec ma famille suite à un article favorable dans la presse locale. Victime de son succès, la salle était comble, le service n'est pas descriptible car selon moi il n'y en avait pas. Nous sommes parti vers 15h avant la fin après s'être fait lamentablement allumé par la patronne... Seul point positif, la sauce des écrevisses. Bref pas de quoi en fait un pla... View all feedback.
Family meals at the Auberge de Prat Sauvage. On arrival, the place lacks care to highlight all its strengths: full nature, close to woods and meadows, on the edge of a trout fishing pond. It's hot and no shaded outdoor terrace for lunch, so it's in the room. The menu changes very little and turns around some unsurprising classics: the mice of lamb (mention produces fresh à la carte , the confit of duck, the crayfish in sauce, in chicken, in quenelle good sauce but not fished in the stream, straight out of the freezer, the gambas jumped (pure ardéchois products... , the tin truite. A funny melting pot of the classics of the kitchen trad ' but not very local. Some good desserts with fresh fruit, blueberry and raspberry season, a cream with verveine without characters ... Important points, here the COVID does not exist. The tables are tight, the staff does not wear a mask and the cheese tray circulates from table to table, with the same covers, without intermediary cleaning of the covers ...

We booked late, 1 p.m. and we were answered "come" Don't stop at the first impression, this restaurant is in its juice. But this childhood return is so good. Small menus with good food in the plate, the ardéchois do not mistake. Customers are regulars. We have feasted with local charcuterie, a mice of lamb with garlic and a piece of beef with pepper. The cheese tray is superb with locals. And to finish a ball of watered verbena and a light cream with mirtillas. Very good address! And for nothing to spoil the landscape is splendid

The boss welcomes us with open arms and smile. This lake and hostel are quiet in the mountains. We ate in main dish the trout of the lake cooked with love by this lady It's a very flowery place. This hostel is also a very well-kept hotel
