Wendy's - Urbana

Rude employees who do not know how to take care or provide a good service. I understood my journey thru order and when I drove to let them know, they laughed and constantly rolling auge. never again to this wendy’s

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo through Doordash but only got French fries finally. The staff here is extremely unprofessional.

Literally had to wait 30 minutes for a pickup order after I was notified that it was ready. What's the purpose of having the option for convenience if you have to wait 30 minutes in the drive thru. The staff refused to bring the food out.

Person took order incorrectly. Then who I assumed was the manager acted as if I didn't give the oder correctly, also included that she didn't take order. She proceeded to tell me who took the order...very unprofessional. On top of that was VERY RUDE! After, all of that our order was still not right. The staff was really great even though it was extremely busy at this location. We wanted to try the new strawberry frosty but the location close to us was sold out and we went to this location which was very busy. But it was worth it in the end the big kids love the new frosty. And because the staff was absolutely fantastic it made the wait unnoticeable
