Starbucks - Urbana

Every worker is so nice and really take care of his customers. my drink always tastes amazing, especially when allie makes it. She's amazing.

This always has been and will be the worst Starbucks ever. Today was the last straw. I bought a Pink drink and the girl made it with water. When I told her that’s not how you make it she argued with me. I’ve gotten hundreds of pink drinks from many different locations and they have never been made with water. I asked her to remake it without water and she refused. This is the worst location ever! Don’t give them your money! You are better off walking the 3 minutes to the one in the bookstore. Don’t go here.

I loved the vine in the place, they go as fast as they can and are all very hard kind workers!!

Worst coffee in town. Like you're lost if this where you go. The Common Ground Caffee had it all

Asked for a double shot machiato with extra foam and they essentially gave me a latte. Then they said the machiato has milk but the cappuccino is the one with just steamed milk. Did not get the drink I wanted as the batistas are obviously not trained.
