Starbucks - Urbana

One of the deaducks employees (tommy) is one of the most beautiful people I have ever met. he saw that my sister and I had a hard time and decided to give us a free drink as it was late and we had forgotten to put him in the order before we came to the window. he even compromised my sister shirt! I really appreciate the staff there. I never had a problem coming to this place.

We stopped yesterday on a laune to get some pfefferminz mochas, as we had a date to kill, and they know when they come over someone who is just so pleasant, with that they just make their day a little better? who was driving yesterday at 10 a.m. was this nice person (I can't remember your names, I'm sorry). thank you for making our day a little better with their convenience. the drinks were also great. I hope the people are as nice to them as they were with us.

I am a regular and i come into this starbucks multiple times a week because it’s on the way to my workplace. everyone is super kind to me, my drink/food is usually always ready for me when i arrive, and one time when it was taking a little bit longer for my drink to be made one of the baristas recognized me and asked which order was mine and went the extra mile to make sure that my drink was made next. there have been a couple times that were off, like once they put 7 pumps of peppermint in my drink instead of the white mocha sauce(lol it was so strong) and once they gave me coffee (i can’t have caffeine for medical reasons), so i did take one star away. but it’s not enough to ruin the positive overall experience i have on average every day that i come in.

Usually my favorite place for coffee, but charging an extra 60¢ for a dizzle of caramel sauce. When they just squirted on the top of the cup! Noticed my cup was kind of light, only had half of cup of coffee, it was mostly whipped cream!!! Horrible, they are getting worst Everytime!! I'm done with the Starbucks on Vine in Urbana, IL.

Rude Kylie or Meagan i Cant even remember her name. She worked Thursday evening drive through. Very condescending and disrespectful. She accused me of ordering my own drink wrong?! There was a hair in the sipper part of on my tea after i “ordered wrong”.
