Their bagels are never fresh and always poorly cut. One half is super thick while the other is paper thin- every time. They’ve even brought out some “fresh” bagels before. Nope, not fresh. The texture was that of a day old bagel which is not what one expects at a business that specializes in bagels.The 3 stars is for the staff, cleanliness and speed of service. View all feedback.
New to the area and was excited to try this place out. Bagels are mediocre and I believe McDonald's does a better job making bagel sandwiches. The only highlight of our meal was the orange juice. Another disappointment was you guys don't offer any milk substitutes such as coconut milk or almond milk. I will definitely have to be desperate to eat here again.

No flavor in the bagel egg and bacon breakfast sandwich or the cheesy hash brown. Definitely will not return. Back to Brueggers 100%.
