What User doesn't like about El Puerto Brazilian BBQ:
We waited over 40 minutes to get our first drink. The maitre d apologised several times but still no food, service or drinks for 45 minutes. No explanation given we finally gave up and walked out. Will never go back, still shaking our heads as to how they could continually apologise and still do nothing. View all feedback. What User likes about El Puerto Brazilian BBQ:
It was my families first visit to this restaurant and we were suitably impressed. The food was sensational and the staff were friendly. We had children in our party who were treated very well by the staff. Our only complaint was the bar was understaffed and we not only waited a long time for our drinks but one cocktail was sent to another table and had to be remade.
