Panda Express

Description

At this local branch of Panda Express, patrons have noticed a troubling trend: significantly reduced portion sizes that leave diners feeling shortchanged. While the staff maintain professionalism and cleanliness, the recent complaints about overly sweet dishes and cold food only add to the disappointment. Service issues have also tainted the experience, with customers expressing frustration over incorrect orders and inadequate resolutions. Despite the nostalgic charm of the chain, the current emphasis on stingy servings and lackluster promotions has led many to rethink their loyalty. For now, it seems, diners are seeking more fulfilling alternatives.

Panda Express, oh boy! I have to say, how can a restaurant be so stingy with its portions? It’s cheap, cheap, cheap, and then some! This isn't just about this particular location; it seems to be the entire chain. It feels like the staff are having monthly meetings to discuss how to serve less food! Is it some kind of mission for them? I wouldn’t be surprised if their mission statement included something about being frugal when it comes to portions. Let's be real—this food isn't five-star quality; it comes from a bag like most other Chinese food places in America.

The portion sizes are smaller than they used to be, and my orders often arrive melted. The food is never fresh.

This is my local panda and have visited quite regularly over the years. Today, however, I noticed that the proportions were significantly reduced. I know that all the companies have made adjustments, as I noticed at previous visits with this place, but recently it was quite embarrassing. I mentioned it to the server that takes care of us (the manager) and she answered it a lot. unfortunately it was not, in comparison to other pandas close. eating is the same as other stalls, but their yards have made a heavy hit. I wish I had also taken a photo to see how it is a lot of plate.

Never coming back there very disappointed! Hard chow Mein very hard. Small portion. I got a bigger plate and asked for my 3rd item orange chicken fresh and they gave me old chicken very hard. Nothing was good.
