Mcdonald's - University Heights

The food was hot and extra pickles were added to my cheeseburger. The drive thru was a little slow and no napkins were in the bag.

I spent almost 35 minutes in the snake to not only get cold food, but the wrong food. I tried to call the number to talk to a manager, but no one answered the phone to the two times I wanted to call. this is not the first time that this place was slow, and rude at the window. if I could give this place a 0 star, I would.

Slowest service in the opposite. this place has problems with special requests. journey thru line always takes from 5 to 30 minutes to order and another 5-10 minutes to get their order. they often ask them to move in front of a parking lot to get them to eat them from the clock, but then get the order wrong in any way. ive had the hired contests, ive witnesses threatening by the employees lobbed of the customers, ive even got the silent treatment (ghosted in the inner line (ordered, paid, never get the food, no one would notice after waiting for 35 minutes I notice, many of my experiences as waiting time are just facts of living, but it is the general one Maybe there's bad training or maybe there's only bad moral, but this place needs help.

Wait time was 25 minutes in drive thru. Fries was cold. Nuggets was cold.. fish didn't have much tater sauce and cheese on fish wasn't melted any. I also waited 19 minutes at the pay window.. and it was not crowded so maybe they was short staffed.. THE QUALITY OF MY FOOD SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN EFFECTED.

Even though they forgot my fries, and my first filet a fish was stale...all I had to do was tell them, and they not only replaced the food with fresh hot food, but also threw in a pie. It's been a long time since I had service like that at a local fast food spot, and I am grateful to the hardworking staff who made even the second trip around the drive through fast and easy, and the gentleman in the window was so helpful and prompt.
