Ordered a cookie cake online for a birthday a few days prior. The cake was ready by the requested pickup time. The staff were very friendly and were able to hand me the cookie cake right away. The cookie cake was decorated just as requested and the cake tasted fresh like it was made that day. Highly recommend this location. They also have delicious coffee and other baked goods as well. Nestle should be ashamed of this horrid representation of their product. The staff is more concerned with their cell phones than doing their job. My cookies i got last Sunday were so good I would totally go back cookies taste it fresh and staff was so nice
The cookies weren't as fresh as I thought they would be. They were also slim on selections but it was about 5PM when I was there.

We went here on 7/10/22. I was a little leary from the negative reviews on service, but we had a good experience. The cashier and other worker assisting her were very friendly and helpful.Now on to the cookies... The cookies were delicious but they are pricey (appx. $3 each and even higher). We would return for a special treat, but would not make this a normal stop. These are the same cookies you buy from any grocery store, but of course the specialty items like the walnut caramel bars are only in-store.Tip: they have cookie packs (6 in a pack) for day-old cookies that are 50% off! These are a steal. ?
First time getting a cookie cake here a little disappointed got the name wrong. I called and told the employee all she could reply was but you said this (name). I did recall that day I order I did correct her on what she still put on the cake but the fact that she just didn 't say sorry about the mistake was just bad customer service not interested in coming back that 's for sure.
