Contribute FeedbackThe café offers a beautiful ambiance, but reviews are mixed on the food quality and customer service. Some diners suggest improvements in certain menu items, while others rave about the excellent food and owner's hospitality. The Lamb Shank seems to be a crowd favorite, with perfect execution and flavorful taste. Diners also appreciate the generous portion sizes and delicious sides like saffron rice and Pita bread. The family-friendly atmosphere and authentic Persian cuisine make this restaurant a top choice in the Seattle area. While there may be some minor inconsistencies in dishes like chewy koobideh and tough steak, the overall experience receives high recommendations for its delicious flavors and cozy setting.
This place was utterly amazing! The owner felt as warm and loving as my own mother. We joked about our love for wine, vodka, and brandy. THEN I got served some of the most juicy steak and chicken I've ever tasted, super fluffy rice, and my husband devouredhis gyro so fast I didn't get a taste, but he loved it. We will return again, and again, and bring every friend or family memberwho visits here10/10????????????
I'm so upset with myself for living in Juanita for a year and a half without ever trying this restaurant! I love to cook and eat good food. So, when I try new places, I taste pieces of each element before combining food. I kept trying the various parts ofthe meal individually and being more impressed. I was even thinking, I don't think the kabab and rice need the sauce; they're sogood on their own. Then I tried it with the yogurt sauce and the flavor somehow was even better! The food was so rich anddelicious. It was the perfect supper to bring on my little picnic to the beach. I'm so glad I walked by and was lured in by theyummy smells, and I will be returning!
An amazing place to try authentic Persian cuisine in the Seattle area. The owner lady made us feel like home. I tried the Lamb Gyro plate and Ghormeh Sabzi plate here. Both the dishes were simply amazing.. The lamb shank in ghormeh was perfectly cooked. The fine blend of spices with meat was delicious. Gyro meat was perfectly moist and tasty. Both the plates were served with pitabread and saffron rice. I loved tzatziki sauce served with both the plates too. The portion of the plate is more than enough fora person. For dessert, we had a piece of Baklava. It was nice, perfectly sweet and flaky. I find it slightly less nutty. Itwould have been more fun then. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience. Highly recommended.
The cafe is nice .. the food looks good and priced good but the taste is not as good. Customer service wasn't as good. Please improve or remove your tabouleh hummus from the menu. Not sure if I'll go back.
Okay, so the service is a little slow (BUT The proprietress of the restaurant was funny and sweet) but, omg the food was amazing. My wife has never liked hummus. She loved their in house version. It had a gorgeous blend of fresh herbs that brightened it amd added a depth that I've rarely encountered. The lamb gyros and chicken gyros were both excellently seasoned, cooked perfectly, large portions and not greasy at all. The Greek seasons on the fries were a nice light flavor touch that's different and we'll received. Go, just go- they were well worth the wait and drive.
