What User doesn't like about Mill Creek Natural Foods:
The staff was not particularly helpful in identifying vegan items on the menu. The prices are quite high, and you can find fresher products at other grocery stores. View all feedback.

The store is fantastic, offering an extensive selection of products. However, the inventory seems to have remained stagnant for years. There are items covered in dust and vegan products that haven’t been produced since the 1990s. A small bag of nutritional yeast is priced at twice what you’d pay at Fred Meyer, and the oatmeal costs three times as much for the same exact product available at WinCo. I believe in supporting local shops and family-owned businesses, but not when they overcharge like that. For all your bulk grain needs, head to WinCo, and for everything else, stick with Fred Meyer.

They were the only shop in the area that offers live kefir grains, although overall, the prices in the store are quite high.
I went to get a sleep aid called Slumber, but I couldn't locate it. When I asked for help, the staff member was very nice and helpful. However, I found the product to be a bit pricey.
