The place was clean, the waiting person greeted us with a smile very friendly and helpful and when I grab the calories while I drove eating a donut on my way to Oakland at least one donut all two miles I would like to do an advertisement for this company!!!! View all feedback.
What Sherry doesn't like about Krispy Kreme Doughnuts:
The customer service at this restaurant can be inconsistent. Service during late afternoons and weekends is subpar. Today, I tried the Halloween dozen and found the donuts to be hard and stale. They were also out of the Scooby Doo decorations that should have been on top. I doubt that these Halloween donuts are fresh. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience. View all feedback.
Man we ordered a dozen. My faves are the lemon feelings. And of course the old school Krispy kreamery. My husband ate 10 of the donuts. Smh lol. That's how good they were. I only got two. Lol
You guys need to hire more people or something because you're drive thru is never open when the hours say it is. I've visited 5 separate occasions 30 minutes before closing times and the drive thru was closed. Closes at 12 but not open at 11:25 or closes at 1 AM but not open at 12:30. Maddening
Why is the drive thru always closed? I get here after work at 1140pm and the cones are up, but I see workers still inside with the lights still on. If the drive thru hours have changed from 1am closing, please correct this.
Is fast service. No breakfast sandwiches, but service is always friendly and fast with smiling faces.
Delicious Doughnuts! Always pack but is great customer service by Armand, they need to hire more people, so the experience will be excellent.
