Subway - Union City

I had to wait 15 minutes to order a sandwich here. the young lady before me had commanded several and whenever she was insecure about the command (that she was catching up for other people), she would facetiming her start and be that her nails were too long to hit the screen correctly, it delayed the line of men waiting. they would have done better to have called the order for the collection, or they would have written down their food list. When I finally got to give up my order, I asked myself specifically for a meatball sandwich. the young lady started making this sandwich and halfway through the sandwich, she forgot what I had ordered. when I told her I wanted the meatball sandwich. they said, “We don’t have meatballs.” Not only did they not have meatballs, but they had no cookies! as I came out of the house to go to this subway, I had to go for the Teriyaki chicken sandwich (some that I never had from the subway). it was ewwww, the meat was warm and the huh was not really teriyaki. it was only huh with a little sauce on it and had no taste on it. also the simply apple juice was not fresh. apple juice should be clear and not let any particles swim in it, nor should it taste and smell like apple wine! next visit in the subway I will drive the additional 5 miles, just to get what I ordered and get it right. this was my first visit to this subway and I will not visit this subway again.

And no one was behind the counter. I stood there for 10 minutes. then a white lady came out and claimed I went behind the counter. she went outside and called her co-worker who stood there, and was advised with another man when I came in. white lady refused to serve me. hortiable customer service! don't go there. eating is still!

I had to come to this place several times because of the work. I would recommend all over this subway. the personal has always an attitude and is unprofessional. with all the 1 star rating in surprise nothing was done about this place. only terrible.

This exhibition is not open til 9:00 clock as the website says! they ring what they want! they have brought the tattoos out of the lights that stop. Stop! Corporate is just there!

Instead of closing at 9pm. The young man and young lady waited until I parked to lock the door. They were sitting in the waiting area until they seen me then jumped up, locked the door and acted like they were putting the food up. This occurred 8:20 pm on November 30, 2021.
