I hadn’t been here for a while but really felt like a nice butter chicken like I remembered having from here about 6 months ago. I was sadly disappointed. The butter chicken sauce was watery and way too spicy for a mild curry. The garlic naan was doughy and the whole meal lacked flavour. I am absolutely furious with the abysmal service we received from Embers in the Village! We placed an online order, only to find out later that their kitchen shuts earlier than what's advertised on their website. That's just the beginning of the nightmare. We waited for over an hour, and they didn't even have the decency to contact us to inform that they wouldn't deliver the food. It's utterly disrespectful and unprofessional to keep customers hanging without any explanation. This level of incompetence is completely unacceptable. I'll never order from them again, and I'll be sure to warn everyone I know about their unreliable and infuriating service. Avoid Embers in the Village at all costs!

After placing an order just after open (5:09pm) with and expected delivery of around 6pm. it was not delivered until 6:45pm. Was disappointed with that part of service. Thankfully the food was absolutely amazing and worth the wait. We had the Butter Chicken, Lamb Rogan Josh and Goat Masala with Garlic Cheese Naan. Food was hot, well packaged for delivery. One of the best Butter Chickens I have eaten. Service: Delivery
