The restaurant does not accept reservations and also offers take-out options. The bar has a decent selection of beer and spirits. There are outdoor seating areas with a lovely view. The menu features basic fare such as fish and chips and burgers, though the prices are quite steep, with fish and chips costing £13.50. The food is good, and the service is friendly. What User doesn't like about The Pub At The Pier:
very comfortable place with sea view and some plugs to load electronic devices (which is quite practical). the personal is nice, but the place is underoccupied so it is best to avoid when they are in a hurry. fish and chips is nothing special, but it is a safe option and the part is veeery generous. However, it would be better if they had some full-sized bottle sauces (ketchup, mayonnaise, etc). instead of rehearsal... View all feedback.
We have not left this place 30 minutes ago and I can say without any doubt that after a long day that the food was delicious and the service was stellar. the waiter was so nice and it seems like a great place to be! ignore the complaining and just go!
Terrific spot, the burger is just what I needed after hiking around Skye all day. Lovely staff and great taps as well.
We went in at a quiet time, between ferries. There were plenty of tables available, good range on the menu. I had previously eaten on the ferry to Skye so I only wanted a light option; soup of the day was tattie and leek which was lovely, came with a freshly warmed baguette which was a nice touch, other members of the party had the starter of nachos which was more the size of a main course and the fish and chips which was so big it couldn't be finished by one person and a children's menu favourite of chicken strips, we asked for it all to come out at the same time so we could all eat together even though two of us were having starters and two of us were having mains, and this was no bother. Over all the meal was lovely, although I was highly confused when milk was brought out for my green tea, I still wonder who's asked for that to make that a thing now when they don't go at all but hey ho, better to have it than not I guess.
Ignore the negative reviews, you are probably not coming here for fine dining anyway... The staff is very friendly, the service is really quick and the food is very delicious.
Nice breakfast place. Very friendly staff. It is the only place in the area serving breakfast. Parking available. Quantity is good.
