We were 3 to stay in one of these caravans. The girl who checked us in was really nice and helpful. The caravan itself was massive and clean with everything you need. Unfortunately, a bit expensive as everything else on Skye...
I also spent a week in a caravan, which was immaculate as well, and once again, the owners were incredibly accommodating. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay; thank you to them for their hospitality. I also dined in their tea room, where the meals were excellent—some of the best I've had on the island.
We visited the tea room at noon and were greeted by polite and friendly staff. The Highland sweet soup was excellent, and the salmon and cream cheese sandwich was good as well; however, I would have preferred a bit more salmon and less cream cheese. The cheese scone was delightful and received two thumbs up from us. Our only issue was that the card machine was having difficulties — it took a few tries and two cards, but we eventually managed to get it to work. I would definitely recommend stopping by!
The car has everything I need, and there are plenty of parking spaces nearby. The only minor issue is that the interior feels a bit outdated, and there are carpets in the bathroom. However, considering the price, there's really nothing to complain about.
