Kfc - Uhrichsville

Went through the drive thru and the staff was impatient and trying to hurry me up as I was deciding what to order. The food was absolutely horrible. The chicken was soggy and very mushy as was the fries. Nothing was even warm. It was like they microwavedthe food and put it in a box. Would not recommend going to this location. Absolutely horrible.

Courteous drive-thru staff. Excellent tasting chicken. Mashed potatoes and biscuit was yummy. The cole slaw, however, was a bit bitter. Good eating experience.

WORST DRIVE THROUGH EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. If I could give 0 stars I would.. we had a coupon for a 12 piece meal for $24.99.. THEY DIDN'T HAVE ENOUGH CHICKEN. How do you not have enough chicken at a restaurant that serves chicken????? Then they proceeded to tell us we could replace the remaining chicken with chicken strips which we said was fine. When we got to the window they said they had to charge us extra for the chicken strips because they aren't allowed to add it to the meals... Ended up being $30+. Okay whatever I was hungry... They gave us a bag FULL of honey and butter but no biscuits! I went back around and they said they had no biscuits!! Then why not just tell me you're out and not give me the bag full of honey and butter.. and the one simple thing we asked for was buffalo ranch for the extra cost of the chicken tenders and we didn't even receive that!!! Now I usually have patience for the food industry because I work in the industry as well but that was just awful!!! The employee did not communicate well.
