What User likes about The Phonogram Club:
The restaurant is funky and the food is good. Service is also good. What was for me personally disturbing were some poor stray cats that were looking inside visibly hungry and skinny. I saw no water or food bowl outside. Maybe would be nice to take care also of the other living creatures that are around. View all feedback.
