The place is quite peculiar. If you imagine that was a former prison...The owner and the tenders are very friendly. You can watch football matches. You can have a nice time with your friends. The only real problem is the price: you cannot spend 12 euros for an hamburger (the cheapest! .I took grilled chicken and baked potatoes, very tasty, well cooked but not enough if you are hungry especially if you pay that amount... Spectacular room on the lower floor. It is accessed from Via Manin and once inside you have to go down the stairs. Super friendly and prepared staff. Menù quite varied and all the dishes we tried were very good. The blonde beer very drinkable and fresh, excellent accompanied by a schnitzel wiener.

Historic Pub of Udine that I haven't attended for several years. I expected some aesthetic renewal and instead some very small detail is equal to the period of its maximum splendor. The menu is much smaller than the past even if cmq varied and able to satisfy each palate. The quality of the tried sandwiches is good and the prices in the norm. Stay cmq recommended.
