Beautiful greek taverna among local plants and trees. The tasty food is mostly traditional Cretan with ingredients from the lasithi area but also some other choices. We visited the plateau and this particular tavern on Sunday, February 4. There were quite a few people going to the snow. The shop was indeed full, but all the customers were unhappy. Very bad service, there was a waiter who was missing and you were looking for him to serve you or order something extra. There was a very small menu with only 5-6 dishes. It was as for taste nothing special.. but for the whole experience the prices were steep I would say for the services they offered..

A very atmospheric place. The waiting time is as befits an island. Unfortunately, this is not the best place for the impatient. However, it is worth spending this time to eat something good and local. Simple but delicious cuisine. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
