A truthahnclub ordered. I have little lot of truthahn, salat and tomaten.

Before the app ordered. as we pick up the order, got a notification that our order was canceled due to the load several hours prematurely. we have tried jimmy john’s for the first time as we usually go to jersey mike’s for subs. I can of course not comment on the quality of foods, as they were not inclined to serve us, but we will not be back. I'm sure jersey mike is better anyway and they're happy to have our business. even subway would be preferable.
I often don't order this place or jj for this occasion, and today gave me another reason, I planned mynorder to deliver at midday, it was 12:25 when I called the load and I was told that the driver had it in his car and he was on the way, 15 minutes later nothing. so I'll call him. it's 1:04 p.m and still nothing, I don't know what's going on. I also tilt well, so I expect a first-class service, and that's not it.
45 minutes, waiting on two sandwiches -Called to ask what was going on and couldn’t have been treated more rude by the manager who proceeded to laugh and repeatedly respond with “whatever”.. no apologies, or concern, just typical “deal with it” attitude they have teenagers running these establishments, at this point, with zero need or want to make any experience pleasant for their customers.
