great take them away / eat outside pizza place. it is 4 minutes walk from the hotel dunes. we gave up our order, went next door to the load and got a beer. they looked at the picnic table and until the beer was gone the pizza was ready. the deluxe was delicious and my children got a pineapple bacon that was also excellent. great crust on the pizza. like melow mushroom, but I think it was better. it was still the time... after a few hours. they realized that they forget our order or not link my name to our order. Fucktastic sh!t show. everyone wonders where his order is. pizzeria is a step from this joint. they have time to go to business, look at all the options, choose a sortiment of frozen cake, go to home, and cookery all in less time than this joint will be for a small (12 deluxe pizza. The pizza is great, but the service is missing. We gave an order and when we wanted to pick him up, it wasn't there. You told us they were pushing it before the rest of the people we order. After we have said several times that it was only 15 minutes or that it was in the oven, we waited for two cheese pizzas over an hour. Mistakes happen and I understand that Saturday nights are busy, but an apology for guessing would have been at least nice.
Ordered and added extra sauce only to see very little sauce with an extra $2.00 charge for the sauce. I talked to the phone/window girl and not once was there a thank you or we appreciate your business .....nothing. The kicker is.....I was told to pick 1 of 4 tip options before signing. I don 't mind tips but its not a freebie to continue to provide bad service. Customer service needs work, regardless of the pizza and $27 large pizza price.
These people must write their own reviews! Terrible terrible food, wouldn?t recommend to my worst enemy. The pizza is under-cooked, under-seasoned, and over-priced. Customer service needs to be worked on. The little girl at the counter acted like she would rather be in school than serving people. A frozen pizza would be so much better than this soggy flavorless dough.
Really good pizza place on Tybee Island. You call them and make a to go order. They call you when it is about 5 minutes from being ready and you can come pick it up.
I've been to many different Pizza places as a pizza lover. Ive had some good had some bad, this will go to the bad list I can't understand how this is an average 4 star, the cheese tasted very old the pizza sauce tasted just like the sauce from lunchables. The only pleasant thing from here was my driver, he was very polite and friendly he was able to keep a conversation going I also liked the design on the pizza box I really feel that a pizza kit from Kroger tasted better.
