Fannie's On The Beach - Tybee Island

Eating was average, the staff was not so friendly. the drinks were great and the view on the sea is amazing!

This second restaurant stop my wife and I stopped at on our vacation. The atmosphere was great, and our server was awesome! The **** Mary was also really good! My wife got buffalo chicken, and loved it! I got the Mahi Mahi tacos, which were really good, but came out a bit cold. I recommend giving this place a visit next time you're in Tybee!

Horrible service and food. Our waitress forgot our drinks, twice. We sat thirsty for over 15 minutes and she seemed to just to care. The food was horrible. Bang Shrimp had less than a teaspoon of sauce on the entire order, my husband had cold fries, my Mahi fish taco was way over cooked, I took a knife to cut the fish up. The only thing good was the cole slaw. My son got sliders and the meat was dry and crunchy. We asked for the check attempting to just leave and it took another 15 minutes to get it. I don’t recommend going here.

I never write reviews but this has to to be said. I have been going to Fannies on the beach for years and loving it, until this visit. Had to endure the rudest waitress ever. She seemed super stressed out, wouldn't stop long enough to answer questions about the menu, and spoke rudely to my mother when trying to place her order. The quality the food has gone downhill. It came out so fast and tasted like it was pre-made and sat under a heat lamp. I ordered blackened fish tacos and were missing half ingredients that were listed on the menu. The soft shells were crunchy and dried out along with the unseasoned fish. Had to pay extra for fries because their are no substitutions Price $71.00 for bad food and rude staff for a Wednesday that wasn't even busy.

This was just a bar that served food. It wait was long . Server was friendly and the drinks were good and strong. In our group of 6 we had 2 kids with us. One ordered the grilled cheese and it was a Hamburger bun with melted cheese. Nothing grilled about it and the bun was hard as a rock! The burger that was ordered was dry. I ordered Chicken and waffles and my chicken was just nuggets and my waffles was burned on the bottom. My advice is if you go just go for cocktails.
