What User doesn't like about Panda Express:
Ordered on the app which was great because the drive thru is always a disaster. Three stars because my order was missing items from kids meal and was a couple minutes past the expected pick-up time. Also, I ordered the new meat free orange chicken because the app wouldn't let me select the normal orange chicken which wasn't bad but would have preferred the original orange chicken especially in a kids meal. By driving through about 730. I waited for over 20 minutes to bring it out because of the Teriyaki chicken, then go home to find no teriyaki sauce for the chicken, no fork, no soy sauce and the rice was crispy. Calling and talking to an asset manager about the problem, and everything I got was what you want me to do about it?....
Staff is super friendly but overworked. My complaint is that orders take way too long to get even when you order ahead. It sucks when you order ahead and arrive when it tells you to only to be told that they ran out of something and you have to wait 10-20 minutes. It almost always happens before lunch so I don?t know how they can handle the lunch rush if they run out of food before it even starts.
Don?t trust the current 3.9 rating. This is a solid Panda Express. Good service and good food. Clean. Honey walnut shrimp, Beijing beef, chow mein plate can never be beat!

Unfortunately the lobby was closed tonight due to them being short staffed. Went through the drive through and the car in front of us was having to yell at the speaker so the staff could take his order witch was rather interesting in a funny way. We got got our order placed and had to wait about 15 min for our order. The food overall was good the service wasn?t to bad.
