The food here is quite tasty! I particularly enjoy the 4-piece chicken tender basket, which comes with fries and toast, along with your choice of sauce. I strongly recommend the country gravy—it’s delicious! If you're in the mood for dessert, definitely try the dipped cones; even a small size is quite satisfying! View all feedback.
What Lesa M doesn't like about Dairy Queen Grill Chill:
The food is prepared fresh to order, and the place is clean, safe, and accessible. It's one of my favorites. However, I have to reconsider my rating. Time management is definitely a problem. They handed me my drink and sundae, then closed the window. After waiting 8 minutes in 95-degree weather, I ended up with a melted sundae and cold fries. I'm giving it 3 stars because the chicken was fresh and hot. View all feedback.
The chicken court deal with gravy is by far the best on the menu! it is our destination.
If I could leave a zero star I would. Worst service, couldn't even get our order right. Next time I'll just make the drive to the one on Blue lakes the service makes up the difference of distance.
Pulled in, nobody inside only us in the drive thru, ordered, pulled up and payed....waited 20 minutes to get our food. So slow, not busy, saw 3 employees inside.
Good place nice and clean little slow on getting their orders out but it was tasted good
Staff was bumbling and unorganized. Handed me a bag of food that belonged to the car behind me, I gave the cashier exact change and he tried to hand me back a handful of coins. When I told him that I gave him the exact amount of my total, he looked confused then shrugged and closed the window. When I finally got my food by a third employee at the window, it was all there. Then they walked away, I was still waiting for 4 blizzards. After about 10 minutes I looked through the window and there were 4 employees huddled at the area where they make the blizzards talking. A woman walked over with 2 is the 4 blizzards then asked if I would like a drink carrier. I said yes and then she added the blizzards to it and handed it to me then closed the window. We sat for another 10 minutes before they gave us the other 2 blizzards. Then I said something about the weird extra bag of food. She looked confused just as a employee walked up and told her that it was for the car behind us. She asked for the bag back and then sat it down inside just as another employee came up with a 5th blizzard and tried to give it to me. ??I told them it wasn't mine and then I finally drove off. 25 minutes is how long I was at the drive thru window, and that's after already 20 minutes in line. Will never go back to that location again. ? Also, when did the health department declare that hair nets were no longer needed on kitchens???
