Cupbop Korean Bbq - Twin Falls

My bowl was messed up. I received a voucher/card for a free dish and they never honor it! totally unprofessional. it must have to do with the change of command because the former management was under California phenomenal and this new regime is obviously not put on the legs. someone has to repair this place because it is obvious that these people are a cluster *.

Our first visit was a positive experience. eating was surprisingly good. the service was above and beyond. we had a very pleasant evening and will be happy to go back.

I made my first visit today. I thought eating was pretty good, but the customer service was great. very friendly and helpful when I explained that I didn't know much about Korean bbq and nothing about cupbop. I have some of the other reviews and comments about heat are everywhere. one person says 10 had no heat at all and another says 1 was too much for them (skala 1 thru 10 with 1 be mild and 10 hot). I can't explain these reviews, I ordered 4 and it was about what I expected. I didn't want to go 5 and I don't eat as much as I used to eat hot. interesting, why it is called cupbop.

Good food but horrible service. Today was the second day I've tried to get food but going thru the drive thru and it seems like maybe no one works there. I saw employees inside with 0 customers and while I was waiting for my order to be taken for almost 4 mins still no one bother to take it. I would always stop there about 4 times a week but not no more. I don't like wasting my time

We drove by several times thinking we should try it and finally did. It is really good.Huge selection of hot sauce.Not a huge menu but we had one of the bowls. It was very tasty and satisfying.We'll be back.
