The service provided by the girl behind the counter was excellent. There were plenty of chocolate options to choose from. Unfortunately, the café closes on July 3rd, but the other location is in Surfers Paradise. Sorry for the inconvenience. View all feedback.

The menu looks fantastic, but I waited at the counter for at least 5 minutes without anyone acknowledging me or speaking to me. I was in a hurry, so I ultimately had to leave. View all feedback.
Every time we come here there’s never enough staff!! Why does everyone have to wait so long for service and food/drinks?Get some more staff or lose business to someone else
Need to get more staff waited for 10 mins no one attended and then said come after 30 mins if we want to order. so rude staff
The store don’t have enough staff, make me wait for 45 mins just for one order of churros for two.
Most friendly staff... they make you feel welcomed to the shop and they are always smiling.. love your work
The staff there are amazing. Tiff and Sam are awesome, their always friendly and accommodating. A+
