The restaurant is located in Buchheim and not in Tuttlingen, but I cannot understand why the previous user was allowed to rate this restaurant without a visit and make a bad statement. The restaurant has an old history and is still family owned. The kitchen is German with good quality and gives a good overview of typical local dishes. The range is wide from a traditional onion steak to the sunday roast pork or various types of escalope, etc. What you can rarely find in German restaurants. The menu also includes traditional dinner, it means cold dishes like in German houses. The service is very friendly and I really like it, you can have traditional noodles and french french french french fries as ancillary. You just have to talk to the service. So I like the family restaurants, not according to strict rules. Customers are mixed between locals and foreigners.

Dieser Geheimtipp ist schon seit Jahrzehnten immer wieder einen Besuch wert.Gute und ehrliche Küche, preiswert dazu !

The menu contains also traditional dinner, it means cold dishes like at German homes. The service is very friendly and I really like, you can have as the side dish traditional noodles and french fries. You have only to talk to the service. This is how I like the family based restaurants, not following the strict rules. The customers are mixed between local people and foreigners.
