Longhorn Steakhouse - Tuscaloosa

Service was perfection...I wish I remembered my server's name as he was awesome! Food, not great.

My family and I went to celebrate at Longhorn. We waited for 40 minutes because they were very understaffed. We then ordered and and we’re waiting for our food for 45 minutes before our waitress realized that she had not put our order in with the cook. She did not come check with us or anything during that time. She then comes back and tells us that she forgot to put in our order so we waited another 30 minutes after she finally put in our order. She then brought us the wrong food and took it back and then brought us the wrong food again. She finally brought out the right food and when it was time to pay she said she said she could offer us a free dessert and that’s it. We did not want to wait longer for a dessert so we finally got her to give a discount. She only gave us 25% off after the whole ordeal. Really disappointed with the service. It was horrible and they did not try to make it right by giving us a real discount or making the meal free. Overall terrible experience and we will not be going back.

My steak was cooked perfectly, and the parmesan cheese crust was good. Prices are about what you'd expect for a steakhouse.

Last week we had a birthday party. three of the party ordered the same meal and it was not very good, but the manager made the meal excellent. he gave the three same meal times to take home and us for drinks and appetizers. surprise us. what a great manager, thank you. tuscaloosa location.

We were in a few longhorns and almost every time it was good. but tonight was terrible. it appeared our server had too many tables, he went from us a few times before he recognized us. our drinks were brought, but he had no straws, we asked for straws and remembered him later. no brot was brought to us, he said he saw something and would bring us a faith. the water had a metallic taste, I tried two separate glasses and just got a limo. my steak was very rare and I ordered medium, my wife ordered medium well and her was very well made. not a pleasant experience, and quite disappointing.
