Dutch Bros Coffee - Turlock

My wife loves this place. As such, I'm here at least a couple times a week. The drinks are much better than Starbucks and the staff is extremely friendly. I'm glad at least she likes this place instead of Starbucks ?Vegetarian options: Can substitute a lot of products for vegetarian optionsParking: Parking in front of the location.

I go to this Dutch Bros all the time today had the worst experience nobody was outside, taking orders. They were going one by one to the window. Finally, somebody came out and was taking their time with each car I get people have to order, but when you have two full lines, you would think you would be moving a little bit faster in a polite manner. I get up to the window. She goes through my order and I let her know. Yes I have two of the exact same and I let her know that they needed to have somebody else go outside. She was sitting there, smiling saying we don’t have any one which there was two girls making the drinks and she was just standing there and I asked her what are you doing? Well, it’s my job to sit here and communicate with you. Nobody’s job should be standing there and not doing anything And just watching Like you could be making drinks and wiping them down and handing them out she was very rude. My drinks were watered down didn’t even taste like normal was not satisfied with the performance they gave. The girl that was rude her name was Alexis I went back to have them redo my drinks and she was actually helping so I guess her job title is not just standing there. When they remain my drinks, they were still gross so I came over to Monte Vista and I showed them and the guy was like wow those look disgusting and he remade them for me !!! Monte Vista may be busier, but you will get better product

I go there every time I'm in town. Love Ducth Bros blended Kiker or there 911 so tasty.

I have been to 6 other Dutch Bros and this one had the absolute best and friendliest service. The drinks were made right and the line went smoothly. I will come back to this location again when passing through Turlock.
