What User doesn't like about Pizzeria Napoli:
visited on 13 8, a decent time came. the menu is far too large and somehow even the other foods were listed, only the tens and tens of different pizzas were served. as seen on many reviews, the smell of smoke was as many flies present. the personal was not too friendly and the pizza was not worth the 40-minute waiting time, even edible, we will not go another time: View all feedback.
We waited 1.5 hours for our pizzas. seriously, that's too long. no apologies and no compensation in any form. they even accused for the water 1€, which sounded like a sweat in this situation. the pizza itself was ok, nothing special. the menu with 80 pizzas is just too hard. Maybe they could lose half of it?
Worst pizzeria in Turku! Bad service and false information. We called in the order and they said 1 hour. We came to the place, pay and sit and wait with a drink. After 10 minutes they tell us they don’t have ingredients. If we can change the order after paying and waiting 45 minutes. On top of this they gave us the wrong ingredients. No tomato sauce. Please choose any other place if you can.
Pizza filled with sausage potatoes with throat salad, aiol and ro!ed onions! It was also a vegetable. 5/5 lightly.
