Good choice of beers but bad burger: compact dry texture and gummed maybe frozen pairing with caramelized onions to avoid because the sandwich becomes sweet sweet Last but not least, there is a lot of frying.... sin! An unexpected surprise! I was strongly advised, but I didn't think I could find such a cozy place. Delicious Burgers, wide choice of uncommon beers, top quality and courtesy from owners decidedly difficult to find elsewhere. We understand that they work with passion and dedication, that hospitality comes first of all and that they know what they do. Giada explained to us every reach and we were able to recommend the right beer to match, with kindness and competence. Absolutely to try and return.
