One of our favorite from-scratch kitchens in Tulsa. Generous portions and one of our often ordered items is the Booh-Yah Breakfast Bowl; TWO SCRAMBLED EGGS. BREAKFAST POTATOES AND A SAUSAGE BRO'S SAUSAGE HOUSE-MADE SAUSAGE GRAVY. So large that we split it but order an extra biscuit because they are so good. A cool Art Deco inspired interior. Great place for Sunday Brunch. View all feedback.
What Tyler Huddleston doesn't like about Cherry Street Kitchen:
Over priced food. After trying to order 3 different thing that they were out of I settled on a burger and fries. Got to the restraunt and was told they don 't make fries on the weekend and they gave me chips. Their chips tasted like burnt grease. Burger was mediocre but not worth the $14 price tag. Great place to breakfast. the menu is on point, the customer service is pretty good. probably it would be best to get there early after events. is busy, but this is a sign of great quality. Thank you!
Get the Humboldt one (or two) of their amazing cookies/desserts. Their brownies are AMAZING. Chocolate chip cookies best in Tulsa. Forever one of my favorite local spots. Staff always kind!
The Cherry Street Kitchen was a pleasant surprise in Downtown Tulsa. The restaurant was nice and offered a variety of breakfast favorites. During our visit we had the chicken biscuit and the chicken with French toast. The biscuit was very light and fluffy. The French toast was tasty with the fresh fruit. Nice spot to visit in Downtown Tulsa.
We tried the yogurt, with fruit granola bowl, pretty good. We got the Biscuits gravy meal, it was great, but they only gave us a small cup of gravy. I got the chicken pot pie it was delicious. Took a couple of pictures of the dessert case. The chocolate chip cookie was fantastic!
Nice brunch experience at this cute diner in the heart of downtown Tulsa. The diner decor is fun and eye catching and initially what drew us in but that's about the height of my excitement with this place. Seating was interesting they were busy so we could have a little corner seat uncomfortably situated between two other tables or the bar area we opted for the window bar area and service suffered as a result. Our server was the bartender and never refilled our coffee or checked on us while the food took nearly 40 minutes to appear. The food was tasty and as expected for a breakfast burrito (add avocado) and french toast. The real star was the incredible sausage (as a 5$ add on -it should have sang to me but I digress ..I actually had never tried it and it was good. Otherwise it's just ok food. The prices themselves are rather high. Our meals with two coffees, mind you I only got a half portion of French toast, was 34$ before tip! 40$ after tip. We'd expect somewhere in the neighborhood of 20-25$ for a nice brunch option especially with portion size and sides. Probably would not visit again if in the Tulsa area.
