What James Daniel likes about Casa Blanca Mexican Restaurant:
This great little hole in the wall became a regular 'go-to ' restaurant for solid Latin food in town. GREAT for bitterly cold days as it is small, warm, with great smelling food cooking. Just a wonderfully charming place. I always get Morris 's Guac-hot guacamole dip-ridiculously delicious. For people leaving poor reviews, I suggest they lay off the weed after work, if they are employed, which they probably aren 't.... View all feedback. What Karina Keller doesn't like about Casa Blanca Mexican Restaurant:
As a Hispanic I am aware this is Tex mex. I do however gotta say I’m disappointed. The rice, salsa, and chicken lacked flavor! The lady who served us was super sweet and recommended things to us. I do recommend getting the shrimp quesadilla. I do have to say I will probably never return for the lack of flavoring. I also still think they should serve horchata and Jamaica drinks as well. There’s plenty of other Tex mex... View all feedback.

read moreThe restaurant offers delicious gordita bread as a specialty item, made in-house. Customers praise the value for money in their menu items, while noting some issues like overly salted asada and bland rice. The ambiance may not be the most visually appealing from the outside, but the inside is clean and welcoming. Despite some minor drawbacks, diners express a willingness to return for the tasty bread and budget-friendly options. The service is highlighted as attentive, friendly, and accommodating, making it a great dining spot for groups. Overall, the consensus is that Arizona Restaurant serves quality, consistent, and affordable Mexican fare, making it a longstanding favorite in Tulsa for many.
