Qdoba Mexican Eats - Tukwila

The food is always tastier than Chipotle, more flavor. But at times the meat is dry and looks old. The service is decent always has that one employee who is awkward and not to helpful. The cleanliness at this particular location was bad. Is why I gave it a 3 star. The floors were dirty, the soda machine was caked with syrup, the screen was nast,, was hard to push buttons. The restroom was terrible floors were caked with who knows and smelled thick of dirty toilet. All counters in the lobby were not wiped.

Place is fine. I ordered 3 tacos with chicken and brown rice. In my 3rd taco I found a black hair…. Be careful!

Normally I make my own burritos and bowls at home, but I had a long day and wanted something hot and quick. (BIG MISTAKE) I don’t fault the young lady that took my order because she was pleasant and prepared my order like I asked. With that being said, the quality and the taste was lacking severely! The chicken was tasteless and chewy. The cheese sauce was bland, and the cilantro and tomatoes in the pico, weren’t chopped properly as they should have been. It felt like I was chewing lettuce instead of cilantro! From now on, I’m done wasting my hard earned money on eating out at these fast food chains. Keep the 1 800 numbers and emails, I don’t want anymore of your disgusting food.

You'd think each piece of meat comes out of their paycheck. I ordered a quesadilla wuth steak and fajita veggies and the lady barely put any of each on there, it didnt even reach to the edge. She rushed me so i didnt even get to see everything i would have liked to put on it, like cilantro. And the side of pico digalo i asked for was barely enough for half of it. For the price they can give you more meat and veggies. Came here because chipotle wouldn't let me order my quesadilla how i wanted online but should have just gotten something at chipotle

Burrito Bowl was good. Customer service was excellent. I had one guy talk us through the menu, not knowing I’d been to Qdoba Mexican Eats several times. I enjoyed that he took the time effort to let us know about our options. The establishment was clean and a little busy. The bathrooms were clean. The tables were dirty, but I saw 2-3 people working, so maybe they were short-handed—good Job for excellent customer service.
