Lucky Wishbone - Tucson

I have been coming to wishbone forever. It's a family favorite, special treat, I am sad to report they have changed the steak fingers, it has for sure has new breading, is not as crunchy, and has more fluffy breading. The fries are also different now, which is slightly a bummer they are the crinkle fries. Please bring back the old steak fingers?still love you guys and will be back but our opinon is they new ones are not nearly as good :

Been eating Wishbone since I was a kid. My earliest memories are from the very early 60's when the one on 22nd and Wilmot was still there.Food is always consistently good.Food: 5/5

This location has the best customer service ever! We usually go to the location on the southside, but we happen to stop at this one and so happy we did! Renee, the new manager takes such pride in the store, and she's got the greatest smile and the warmest welcome! The ladies made the food to perfection, and we had the best time. She was so friendly and offered us the best conversation. Finding good food is easy these days, finding excellent customer service is rare. We really enjoyed our visit and look forward to coming back!

Wanted to try something different here, so I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich. It was quite the disappointment. The bread was thin and overly toasted on the inside. The chicken patty was pretty greasy as well. I took a bite and felt squirt from the other side...it was cooking oil. I also ordered a pop chicken dinner and the garlic toast was missing. I knew I should've opened the box while at the store.

Restroom has a locked door and requires a code. Very inconvenient and I never got it to even open. Food was great. Combo's should include a beverage for the price though.Food: 4/5
