Little Caesars Pizza - Tucson

This little Caesers deserves zero stars. Idk, if she? re this bad all day but I stopped at this place at 6:00 to order the new one? Fancier Pepperoni? with extra cheese, because I like my pizzas cheesy and usually they just don't have enough for my pleasure. I have no problems paying extra for extra cheese, Dbl cheese whatever I ask. As I asked for my "Fancier Pepperoni"? customer-specific with extra cheese, the child seemed confused at the counter and asked the manager (a little short rude Mexican male) told me that they wouldn't do it because these pizzas are as it is and cannot be adjusted. Since when? Any pizza can be adjusted and charged for the adjustments. You're doing it. You? You don't come prefabricated, but how can you tell a paying customer that they can have something? You're ready to pay for it because you're re lazy and just don't want to. May I? ve order this pizza so at several different Little Caeser locations without problems and pay for my extra cheese. For the night ladder to flatout say I can't and if I'm politely asked? he still said? No? So I said?ok I?ll go to where I know I can.. I should not go and drive elsewhere especially for such a simple request. As I said, the manager answers wisely? Do you have a nice day? as if he helped me anyway and made my pizza (absolutely rude, unprofessional and unnecessary) This manager must either be trained or devalued better for customer service. No matter if you hate your job that just stop. Do not make customers suffer due to their terrible attitude to your job. So don't treat customers. You can add the old world pfefferonis to any pizza as you can customize it online so it should have been a problem at all. I went and went to another little caeser and got my pizza as I asked and paid. Avoid this place. Great customer service and rude, ZERO STARS! I'll never stop here, even though it's closest to me, I'll make the drive for better customer service.

Tried the new Detroit style deep dish Pepperoni. I have to say it was not my favorite. The pizza itself was beautiful and nice and crispy on the edges. The sauce had a strong almost burnt garlic flavor. Not sure if thats the Detroit style because of the sauce, but not my favorite.

This location is getting skimpy on portions. Prices have increased which is understandable due to inflation, but don?t increase price and make portions smaller. 2 of pizzas were smaller in size and barely had any sauce on the pizza. Then, when you get marinara sauce the container isn?t even half full, either get a smaller container or charge half the price. When I asked about the sauce was told ?oh well?.

I ordered pretzel crust pizza and it was so flat I thought it was the thin crust probably the thinnest pretzel crust pizza I've ever had. The people are cool but can't cook for nothing.

I'll tell you how it is: when I got into this, the pizza is fired. if I order online, it's easy. Take this way. I gave 5*s because I visited this one. food: 5/5
