Burger King - Tucson

Improved service this time around! I had a much better experience compared to my previous visit. Unfortunately, my previous visit to this Burger King was extremely disappointing. The drive-thru employee took my order accurately, but the person who prepared the food made mistakes. When I called to address the issue, a man answered the phone with "Taco Bell" and claimed I had dialed the wrong number. When I requested to speak with a manager, he just pressed buttons on the phone while his coworkers chuckled in the background. I will be returning the burger at my convenience. Today's experience definitely warranted a negative review.

This restaurant always messes up my orders. Every time, I ask for a cheeseburger and end up with a saltburger. I specifically asked for no pickles or onions, but they still put them on. We also ordered a Sprite that they forgot to include. They need to improve their communication system or find staff who can accurately understand orders. I would not recommend coming to this Burger King because they consistently make mistakes.

The customer service in the drive-thru tonight on 11/16/22 was absolutely fantastic.

I always go through it and I love burger king when I eat there so that I appreciate this a great place to eat and the workers seem to do a great job too.

The burger was dried, the hamburgerbunk was hard, the fries were boiled first when I had a lukewarm service there and was there a few times away.
