I have visited this location a couple times and services always been very good however I tried calling today from the Google maps page and I was connected to the fax machine I was just trying to confirm what time lunch started being served View all feedback.
I tried the new chicken sandwiches at this restaurant, getting one spicy and one regular. I opted to add tomatoes and lettuce at no extra cost. I was impressed by how delicious, juicy, and flavorful they were. I shared them with my husband and son, and we were all pleasantly surprised by how good they tasted. As avid chicken sandwich enthusiasts, we have tried many popular and trendy places, but these sandwiches were even better than some of the most well-known spots.
Josh, who is working the closing shift tonight, did a fantastic job. He recommended that I be careful when ordering certain items on the mobile app because of machine issues and truck shipments. Interestingly, I had visited a different Burger King location just before this visit, where the manager kept saying they were out of items and rushed me to order. Josh's service was a stark contrast and he deserves a raise.
On November 4th, 2022 at 5 o'clock, we decided to visit this restaurant because we have always received fast service and enjoyed the food. However, our experience tonight was a disaster. There was a long line, the wait for our food felt endless, and it was undercooked. Additionally, when we asked for separate bags for each meal, they were packed incorrectly. It seems like the staff had a bad day and were moving slowly. To the restaurant owner, please retrain your staff or you may lose a lot of business. As for us, we will not be returning and will be sharing our negative experience with others.

However, what sets this place apart is their dedication to taking care of their customers, especially regulars who are willing to wait a little bit longer. I adore this restaurant.
This restaurant has the most disorganized team I have ever encountered. The manager yells orders, causing chaos as they scramble to fulfill them. Customers have to place their orders outside because of the lack of organization and coordination inside the restaurant.
