Was not allowed to redeem loyalty points in the store, despite the fact that the website says as bright as day, You may redeem Points during a mobile order or in store. Cashier said he had no way to do it. What a bait-and-switch! Order enough to get loyalty points and then they won 't let you use them.

Had an awesome meal, I got the Cowboy sandwhich which was the best sandwich I've ever had. Only thing preventing 5 stars is the foul language from a couple of the female staff. Having said that I will most definitely be back!

Baggins is always good, would have rated higher but an employee said something insulting about my need for a gluten free bread to another one while I was still in ear shot. Hasn't ever happened before. It was a bit off putting but my meal did come as I asked.

The only employee worth anything at this location is a sandwich maker named shanley. She assisted me when even the manager was rude and inattentive, more concerned with booking a nail appointment than helping a customer, but shanley and the food were amazing.

I went to Baggins on Grant. It was my first time ever hearing about Baggins so I decided to try it. And let me tell I will NEVER go back again. I got the California BLT and a chicken tortilla soup. And let me tell you I was so disappointed. My sandwich had nothing but burnt hard bacon and the tortillas soup was so salty I couldn't even eat it. It was the worst experience ever.
