Parson holds a five-generation heritage alive and well. Do not do that by not delivering the best product!
Best raw seafood for mussel oysters and crabs if available.. Great service great property and simply total the best people who care about the bay
Love the shells. They are not full of sand very clean. I would definitely recommend
A landmark in Tuckerton for many decades, this is the place to go for really fresh fish and seafood. The shells and shells were probably harvested from local waters when you bought them. There is no huge amount of variety if you compare it with Citarellas on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, but what to sell is usually super fresh. Your speciality is any size shell. Today is a purchased salmon, scallops, fuke and a smoked whistle. They also sold cod, cakes, shrimps and of course class. Go there, you won't be disappointed by the quality, but maybe the choice.
I purchase clams there often during the season and into the fall. The clams are fresh and delicious. They raise and grow their own clams on leased grounds in clean approved State waters. Working the bay is difficult and it takes 2-3 years to bring the clams to market size from seed (like grains of sand). Dale Parsons I think is a fourth generation baymen. Great job Dale and staff. Best wishes for continued success.
