What a hidden gem! This quirky café has a lovely atmosphere. My family and I were pleasantly surprised to stumble upon this modern, veggie/organic focused café while in Tuam! I enjoyed a delightful mushroom and sweet potato soup with sourdough and hummus, while my family tried various salads and sandwiches. I discovered that their soups of the day are typically vegan. They offer homemade hummus instead of butter, and many menu items can be adjusted to be vegan. They provide dairy-free milk options and can make their smoothies vegan as well. Impressive! They even had a vegan-friendly dessert option. The staff were incredibly accommodating.
