テイクアウトで上にぎりを頂きました。 ネタがとても新鮮で、特に白身が素晴らしい。 自分はネタの味を損なわない様に醤油を使わないのですが、あっさりとした白身でも旨味がしっかり伝わって来ます。 勿論、他のネタも抜群に美味しい。 普段回転寿司を利用している方はレベルの違いを味わって欲しいです。
