What Crystal Guadarrama doesn't like about Romanacci Madison Ave:
I really wanted to love this place. The menu was appetizing, the place had a nice atmosphere inside. BUT..when I got home with my lasagna it looked unappetizing and burnt. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner View all feedback.

The penne vodka and the margarita pizza was amazing! We wandered in expecting a bar with some pizza and it completely surpassed our expectations. Will definitely be coming back here for amazing but very reasonably priced italian food. Vegetarian options: They have gluten free pizza!!! I intended to simply order one of their great pizzas but decided to treat myself to a seat at the bar and enjoy the experience. I was seated quickly with to wait. The team provided me with water and a tall Pilsner glass of Peroni. First up, a fresh Caprese salad with a generous helping of tomato slices and thick slices of mozzarella. For my entree I selected the Pasta Della Nonna, meatball sautéed with linguini was my choice. Once again the portions were generous and flavorful. Lastly I asked if they might have Tartufo. “Why yes we do and it’s tonight’s special”. Once again I was impressed and cleaned the plate. The bartender and all the team upbeat, welcoming and attentive. Much appreciated. One more very welcome touch. The TVs at my end of the bar was not streaming sports or news. The content was a walking tour of Capri Italy. Stunning and more calming than sports or news. Thank you all. I’ll be back. Spending the day with the family in Connecticut, We originally planned on visiting Frank Pepe pizzeria in New Haven, but decided not to due to the horrible traffic. It was a good decision because we found this little gem here in Trumbull by the mall. The food was fantastic! From the personal artisan pizza, to fried ravioli, and meatball appetizer. The pizza was just as good as the one from Frank Pepe and probably half the cost..the entire family loved the pizza, and we will sure to come back when in the area again.
