Woods Fort Event Venue - Troy

Ashley our server was very nice and helpful. Ashley took care of all of our needs. The food was delicious. I would definitely return.

We went with Woods Fort because in 2021 we met with the coordinator, placed a down payment, and were assured we would be able to have plated meals. Sometime between 2021 and October 2022, the plated meals option was removed and the venue refused to honor the agreement. We had to do a buffet. With a change of menu and pricing, we were not notified. This resulted in the menu selection being within 10 days of the event after I reached out to confirm event details. With such short notice, the invoice was due immediately upon receipt which incurred a penalty for using a credit card. They would not accept a check or cash on the day of. Living 4 hours away, a credit card was the only option. The food, venue, and service the day of were very good. Everything leading up to was so frustrating and aggravating we were searching for any other option for our rehearsal dinner. I will not be doing business with them in the future, even though I like the restaurant. Poor communication, planning, and policy.

Donielle was our server/bartender. She?s absolutely the best, personable and attentive. The food was spot on, fresh and tasty. I highly recommend Woods Fort. Moderate price for the excellent food and service.

Had the Chicken Florentine Mmm ? Delicious! Ashley the bartender is fantastic! Avery the manager always checks on you also. Very pleasant and attentive staff.

Donielle served some of the best fish tacos I have had. It is my go to. Thanks to Donielle and Woods Fort!!
