Only the bathroom s... read more I was there for the first time at the end of the week and I slept there. The room was huge, it was more like a condo! Very good, very clean. Only the bathroom sink which was poorly made (the faucet is so close to the bottom that you almost can't get your hand under it to wash your hands . Otherwise, we went to the restaurant in the evening and in the morning. Many go there in dressing gowns and bathing suits. I recommend that you go there dressed for the evening especially (The secretary suggested the opposite to us and almost everyone was dressed, it was awkward . Our dinner really did not live up to the definition of the dish and the price. The flank steak was difficult to chew...there was 1 tablespoon of mashed potato and the vegetables were steamed style like I do for my child during the week. very disappointed for $37. The soup starter was very good, as was the dessert. The brunch was excellent with a nice variety of products (banana waffle, sweet and crunchy rolled French toast, brie cheese omelette, different pastries etc... We would also have liked to extend our time in the room (late check-out for $20 at 1 p.m. instead of 11 a.m. but we were refused it. Otherwise, the spa itself is beautiful and clean. There is a hotter spa that you can speak in a whisper and a less hot one with complete silence (few people respect it and no one walks around the site to see if people are following the regulations. In the evening, the fire at the top of the steps outside was perfect. The view of the forest with the lights on the ground and the snow was simply magnificent. I would have liked to hear some relaxation music outside. There are chairs for lying down in the break room, but nothing really comfortable or for hugging two people. I liked my experience, it was a good time without children, but I don't think I'll go back. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

Nous avons commandé d’avance pour la St-Valentin (13 février) about ubereats. sans aucun préavis, sans nous contacter ni même nous écrire, ils ont annulé notre... read more Nous avons commandé d’avance pour la St-Valentin (13 février) about ubereats. sans aucun préavis, sans nous contacter ni même nous écrire, ils ont annulé notre commande à 17:30, moins d’une heure avant l’heure prévue de livraison. aucun commentaire ni apologise de leur part. cela a gaché notre souper de St-Valentin et il est maintenant trop tard pour réserver ailleurs vu l’absence de délai. vraiment le pire manque de considération pour votre clientèle.

En entrée le potage du moment et le repas un filet mignon de bœuf qui fond dans la bouche et une crème brûlée pour terminer. J’ai eu un très bon service et le repas ausgezeichnet.

The main course was very ordinary and something you could find in a lower-end restaurant. We were very disappointed with the experience. For the same price, you can definitely get much better elsewhere.
